In other news, a patient from the Mendus Institute escaped during a medical emergency. This patient’s name is Cheyla and is considered to be dangerous. Cheyla has been an ongoing patient seeking medical treatment and citizens should take caution if they happen to come in contact with him. According to Dr. Swann from Medus Institute, “He is known for being a manipulator and radical zealot.” He is described as having a fair complexion with shaved, short black hair. He has black eyes, one is missing. He may be wearing a head bandage.

If you know anything about this meta, you should contact the Ministry of Security (MOS) with any information.

Greetings Citizens,

I am pleased to inform you all that I have been transferred back to the Beta colony and seeking follow up treatment. The doctors here have been more than excellent in providing the best care for my recovery. I want to give a special thank you to citizens Anoura and Jelaneth for providing care for me during the initial onset of events. To everyone who contributed to protecting each other and doing what was necessary; well done.

In other news, I am instituting a mandatory medical and mental evaluation for all metas. This is only a precaution that everyone is healthy and not suffering from any illness. You may contact Dr. Swann to begin your evaluations.

The Blackguard are continuing their investigation and will likely be around patrolling Alpha while we are still investigating the current case. I would like to remind all citizens not to bother the Blackguard and respond to them if asked directly on any question they may have.

Please take care while investigations are ongoing and report anything strange or unusual to both the blackguard and SEC.

I wanted to update everyone as I am still recovering. My health is continuing to improve thanks to the amazingly skilled doctors in Beta. I plan to start reviewing career requests soon. If you have not sent me an email seeking employment, I encourage you to think it over and send me an email within the next few weeks. This will give us time to review everyone’s background and contact proper personnel for interviews.

In other news, Instructor Evangeline will be holding at arts class within 6 days at 2030 hours (ooc: Saturday Nov. 2 @ 8:30pm EST) in the apartment lobby. Anyone who is interested is encouraged to attend and express their interest in any form of the Arts.
